Enjoli is a passionate self-care advocate, Certified Usui Reiki Master, and Bio-Well Specialist (certified April 2026) with more than 20 years of experience in energy healing and holistic wellness. She is devoted to helping others reconnect with their innate capacity for balance, healing, and well-being through compassionate, heart-centered care.
Deeply guided by her intuition and angelic support, Enjoli has transformed her own life through intentional self-care—slowing down, cultivating mindful breathing, embracing what nourishes her spirit, and maintaining a daily self-Reiki practice.
In June 2022, Enjoli made the courageous decision to leave behind a long struggle with alcoholism. Since then, she has lost nearly 100 pounds while intentionally restoring her body, mind, and spirit through holistic self-care practices. Her personal healing journey inspires her mission to empower others to prioritize their own well-being for the benefit of themselves, their families, and their communities.
As a practitioner of Usui Reiki, Enjoli serves as a conduit—not the source—of universal life force energy. Through gentle hands-on or hands-near techniques, Reiki works with the body's biofield and chakra system to encourage deep relaxation, reduce stress, and support the body's natural ability to restore balance and well-being.
To further enhance her sessions, Enjoli thoughtfully incorporates Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) therapy, using gentle electromagnetic frequencies that support healthy cellular communication and complement the deeply restorative nature of Reiki. As a certified Bio-Well Specialist, she also brings an understanding of biofield assessment and energetic wellness into her holistic approach, allowing her to support clients with greater insight into their energetic balance.
Enjoli's personal self-care practice includes daily self-Reiki—one of the many gifts of Reiki attunement. Guided by intuition, she also integrates rose quartz crystals, sacred chanting, PEMF therapy, and angelic energy into her sessions, creating a nurturing, peaceful, and deeply supportive healing experience.
Enjoli offers in-person and distant Reiki sessions, group Reiki gatherings, couples Reiki experiences, Reiki energy clearings for homes, businesses, and other personal or commercial spaces.
Individual Reiki sessions are offered in Ukiah, California, with one-hour and 90-minute appointment options available. All Reiki sessions include PEMF therapy.

Private Reiki
Enjoli uses a variety of hand positions and techniques to support each client’s unique needs, intuitively focusing on specific areas or chakras within the body. In hands-off sessions, she works within the subtle energy field surrounding the body, using intention and focused awareness to gently direct healing energy. This approach is just as effective as hands-on Reiki and is especially beneficial for individuals who prefer not to be touched or who have heightened energetic sensitivities.

Distance (Remote) Reiki
Distance Reiki works through the practitioner’s focused intention and the use of specific Reiki symbols—most notably the distance symbol—to connect with a recipient’s energy field beyond physical space. Because all energy is interconnected, Reiki can be offered across distance much like a cell phone connects wirelessly, without the need for physical contact.
During a session, the practitioner channels universal life force energy and directs it to the recipient, which may include the person’s present state, past experiences, or future intentions. The body’s natural intelligence draws in the energy where it is most needed, supporting balance and harmony. While clients may go about their day during a session, resting quietly often allows for a deeper awareness of subtle energetic shifts.
