Enjoli is a passionate self-care advocate and a Certified Reiki Master with over 20 years of experience. Deeply attuned to her intuitive guidance and angelic support, she has transformed her life through intentional self-care—slowing down, focusing on the breath, welcoming what nourishes her spirit, and practicing daily self-Reiki.
In June 2022, Enjoli courageously walked away from a serious struggle with alcoholism and has since lost nearly 100 pounds while self-rehabilitating her body, mind, and spirit. Her personal healing journey fuels her mission to inspire others to embrace self-care for the benefit of themselves, their families, and their communities.
As a vessel for Usui Reiki, Enjoli serves as a conduit—not the source—of healing energy that supports relaxation, pain reduction, and the body’s natural healing processes. Reiki is offered through gentle hands-on or hands-near techniques, primarily working with the body’s chakra system to encourage physical, emotional, and spiritual balance.
Enjoli’s personal self-care practice includes daily self-Reiki—one of the many benefits of Reiki attunement. Guided by intuition, she incorporates rose quartz crystals and angelic energy into her sessions, creating a nurturing and supportive healing experience.
She offers both in-person and distant Reiki sessions, as well as group Reiki, couples Reiki, Reiki sound healing with tuning forks, and energy clearings for personal and commercial spaces. Individual Reiki

Distance (Remote) Reiki
Distance Reiki works through the practitioner’s focused intention and the use of specific Reiki symbols—most notably the distance symbol—to connect with a recipient’s energy field beyond physical space. Because all energy is interconnected, Reiki can be offered across distance much like a cell phone connects wirelessly, without the need for physical contact.
During a session, the practitioner channels universal life force energy and directs it to the recipient, which may include the person’s present state, past experiences, or future intentions. The body’s natural intelligence draws in the energy where it is most needed, supporting balance and harmony. While clients may go about their day during a session, resting quietly often allows for a deeper awareness of subtle energetic shifts.
